This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will assist with the planning and execution of marketing strategies, engage with customers to provide excellent service, support the sales team in lead generation, and aid in training initiatives to drive performance. The role also includes contributing to sales management tasks and collaborating closely with team members to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and teams
• Customer Service experience to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Sales and Sales Management skills to identify leads, close deals, and meet sales targets
• Ability to assist with Training programs aimed at improving team performance
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant certifications
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
