Role Description

AJANE is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team in Delhi, Reims. The intern will support sales initiatives, assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, and engage with customers to ensure an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include customer service interactions, sales presentations, managing promotional campaigns, and performing sales training to help grow the brand's audience and sales pipeline. This is a hybrid position. You will be compensated with stipend and certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide outstanding support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to contribute to achieving sales goals and managing the sales process effectively.
• Experience in Training and supporting team members to ensure consistent sales and marketing efforts.
• Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of the industry's latest trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel and relevant sales and marketing knowledge
• Bonus if you've done any prior sales, marketing, or brand work
