Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Intern who will support lead generation, client outreach, and marketing initiatives. The intern will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, and assisting in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and schedule meetings.
Identify potential clients through research, databases, online channels, and other platforms.
Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups.
Assist in nurturing prospects and converting them into clients.
Support in proposal creation and deal closing process.
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Marketing Responsibilities (Online & Offline)
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, Email Marketing, etc.).
Support content creation and social media engagement.
Help organize and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new growth opportunities and partnership prospects.
Support branding and promotional initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in making calls and handling clients
Basic understanding of sales funnel and marketing concepts.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good research and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed graduation in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
Prior internship experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Interest in business development, sales and growth strategy.
Drone show experience/familiarity with the similar industry.
