Role Description
This is a freelance role for a Sales and Marketings Freelancer at nicheBrains. The freelancer will be responsible for Sales outsourcings (BDM), Sales Coach/Team Mentoring, Customer relationship Mangement and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities- Drive domain sales & business development across pharma / healthcare clients.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders: doctors, distributors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies.
- Develop and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies tailored to pharmaceutical products.
- Lead sales training and coaching for junior / local freelance associates or partners.
- Independently manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales targets.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts, ensuring favorable margins and compliance with pharma regulations.
- Report regular status updates, market insights, competitor intelligence, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, medical affairs, supply chain, and operations teams as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills- 10+ years of hands-on experience in sales & marketing, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or related domains.
- Demonstrated track record in sales and marketing, hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales management, mentoring, and training ability (you have trained others).
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, remote discipline, with minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry is a plus (regulations, compliance, product lifecycle).
