Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting marketing solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales and Marketing Executive will support brand awareness initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and follow up on leads to drive sales performance. Typical responsibilities include preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, assisting in planning promotional activities, and tracking results against targets. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that services are delivered as promised.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in sales or business development, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts and practices, such as brand awareness, campaign planning, and basic digital or social media marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work toward defined targets.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, presentation software, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively within a team-focused environment.
• Experience in agency, outsourced services, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
