Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Transformer & Radiator industry. The role involves developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research to identify potential clients, and generating leads. Key responsibilities will include managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, preparing sales forecasts, and negotiating contracts. The Executive will also create and execute marketing plans to promote products and services, and contribute to expanding the company's market presence both nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to develop effective marketing strategies and analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to create marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, promote products, and negotiate successful partnerships.
- Prior experience in the transformer and radiator industry or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with modern sales and marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in marketing or sales management would be advantageous.
