Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive within the Pharma Division of UFLEX Group, based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, building client relationships, and executing sales initiatives. The role requires regular coordination with various teams to achieve business goals and promote company products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Marketing to drive business development and achieve targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills along with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry is preferred.
