Job Summary

Hiring strictly candidates with minimum 3 years experience in a PEB company

Applicants without direct PEB industry experience will not be considered

Role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and business development

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through field visits, site meetings, and direct outreach

Build strong relationships with decision makers such as engineers, procurement heads, and project managers

Maintain and convert structured sales pipeline to achieve targets

Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project requirements

Represent company at industry meetings, expos, and client presentations

Track competitors, pricing trends, and project opportunities in steel structure construction

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience in a PEB company

Proven track record in selling PEB structure or pre-engineered steel buildings

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
