Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to focus on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing key accounts, a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, and a knack for new business development. You will be responsible for handling customer relationships, managing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Business Development: Manage relationships with OEMs, with a specific focus on Bajaj Motors and Tata Motors. You will be responsible for new business development and handling customer relationships from initial contact to closing.
  • Quotation & Costing: Handle the entire RFQ process, including product costing and cost estimation. You will prepare accurate and competitive quotations and lead price negotiations with clients.
  • Technical & Reporting: Be able to read technical drawings and understand product specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing MIS (Management Information System) reports to track sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience in OEM sales, with a background in the automotive industry.
  • Specific experience in handling key accounts like Bajaj Motors and Tata Motors is essential.
  • Experience in RFQ handling, product costing, and price negotiations.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Skills

  • Strong sales and marketing acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in preparing MIS reports and data analysis.
