About the Role

Einetic Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior Business Development Executive with 2.5–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT services industry, proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, and other lead-generation channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT services and digital solutions.
Promote and sell services including:
Website & Web Application Development
Mobile Application Development
Software Development
IT Consulting & System Integration
Digital Marketing & SEO
Branding & Design
Cloud & Technology Solutions
Other customized IT solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → requirement gathering → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and business discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT and digital services to existing clients.
Research market trends, competitors, target industries, and potential customer segments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, meetings, and closures in the company's CRM.
Coordinate with the technical, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline status and revenue projections.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.

Required Skills

2.5–5 years of relevant experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience in B2B IT sales and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Experience in lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
Ability to independently manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Strong professional communication and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Candidates with an established network or experience in selling IT services to businesses will be preferred.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹4.8 LPA – ₹6 LPA

The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, relevant IT sales expertise, performance during the selection process, and demonstrated business-development capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2.5 years and maximum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
Candidates must have relevant experience in selling IT services, software, web development, digital solutions, or related technology services.
Candidates with active academic backlogs are not eligible.
Candidates with a career gap are not eligible.
Candidates should be willing to work from the company's Kolkata office as per the prescribed working schedule.
