Job Title: Apprentice – Solar EPC Sales & Marketing (1-Year Apprenticeship)
Department: Sales and Business Development
Location: Mohali (On-site, Full time)
Reporting To: Area Sales Lead / Functional Head
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating new business and supporting existing clients in the C&I sector.
- Conduct research on the designated territories geography and solar market.
- Support tendering processes and help prepare proposals for solar projects.
- Assist in competitor analysis and track industry trends.
- Gain knowledge of solar technologies and related software (PVSyst, AutoCAD, Google
SketchUp).
- Participate in solar-related conferences and exhibitions.
Core Competencies:
- Basic understanding of solar technology.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the solar sector.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers.
