Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Engineer located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, promoting technical products and solutions, and establishing lasting relationships with clients. The individual will drive sales of industry-leading products, assist with technical support when required, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and implement effective strategies for company growth. Regular client visits, presentations, and participation in industry events will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights for informed decision-making
• Experience with market research and understanding market trends to develop tailored solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and presentations
• Proficiency in sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and product promotion
• Strong problem-solving ability and innovative mindset
• Educational background in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the electronics or telecom industry is a plus
• Familiarity with testing and measurement instruments and their applications is an advantage
