Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Noida. The role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include generating sales leads, managing client accounts, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with teams to achieve business targets. Candidates will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with partners and clients to enhance brand growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies, with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve targets
- Experience in conducting Training programs for team members and supporting professional growth
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
