Somani Auto Pvt. Ltd. is a leading automotive parts distribution company catering to dealers and retailers across Central India.
With a reputation for reliability, strong logistics, and customer trust, we are expanding our on-ground sales team to strengthen our regional presence in Chhattisgarh.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for our Korba branch. The role involves active fieldworkbuilding client relationships, generating sales, collecting payments, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a network of dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
2. Regularly visit customers for sales promotion, order placement, and business development.
3. Collect payments and maintain records of outstanding dues in coordination with the accounts team.
4. Track individual targets and ensure consistent sales performance.Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
5. Gather market intelligence and support marketing campaigns and local promotions.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Qualification:
1. Graduate in Marketing or Commerce.
2.Prior experience in field sales or automotive spare parts marketing is preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Good understanding of sales processes, payment follow-ups, and outstanding management.
6. Highly self-motivated with a target-driven attitude and accountability for results.
7. Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Fixed salary of 15,000 22,000 per month (based on experience).
2. Incentive structure based on target achievement.
3. Annual performance bonus and additional Diwali incentives.
4. Travel allowance as per company policy.
