Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shamshabad for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, fostering customer relationships, and actively promoting the company's services through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The associate will also handle customer inquiries, provide training, and ensure superior customer service. The role requires collaboration with both the marketing and project teams to achieve sales objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales & Marketing with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to create and deliver effective Training sessions for team members and clients.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting goals and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction, real estate, or similar industry is an added advantage.
