This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Goa for a Sales and Front Office Manager at Trance Hotels & Resorts. The responsibilities include overseeing front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, and fostering exceptional customer service. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing reservations, liaising with other departments, and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients to drive revenue growth. The Sales and Front Office Manager is also responsible for team training and ensuring high standards of professionalism among team members.

• Proven skills in team management, problem-solving, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in front office operations and reservations handling
• Strong sales and marketing experience to drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using property management systems, booking platforms, and other relevant software
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
