Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Digital Marketing Professional based in Ahmedabad. The position involves managing and executing digital marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. The individual will be responsible for managing sales processes and implementing training for team members to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive marketing campaigns and customer engagement will be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries professionally
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
- Ability to deliver Training to team members and guide them towards achieving sales objectives
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies is a strong advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant industry knowledge or experience is an added advantage
