Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and consultative Sales/Business Development role who can represent Yellow Slice in client conversations and help drive new business growth.
This role requires someone who understands digital products, UX thinking, and business strategy, and can confidently engage with founders, product leaders, and CXOs.
The role involves active client engagement, in-person meetings, lead nurturing, and strategic sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct discovery conversations with potential clients
- Understand product, business, and experience challenges
- Identify opportunities where Yellow Slice can create impact
Client Meetings
- Represent Yellow Slice in physical and virtual meetings
- Confidently present Yellow Slice's capabilities and case studies
- Participate in client strategy discussions
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Coordinate internal teams for proposals and pitches
Proposal & Pitch Support
- Work closely with the leadership and design team
- Help craft tailored proposals for client requirements
- Participate in pitch presentations
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with founders, product leaders, and CXOs
- Maintain long-term engagement with prospects and clients
Market Intelligence
- Identify new business opportunities
- Track industry trends in product design, digital experience, and UX
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is based in Mumbai
- Is comfortable discussing digital products, UX, and technology
- Has worked with digital agencies, product companies, or consulting firms
- Has strong communication and storytelling ability
- Is confident in client-facing situations
- Is proactive and enjoys building relationships
- Has 2 to 5 years experience in business development, consulting, or digital sales
