We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development and will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot / Sales Max / Telecrm) is a plus.
