Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our footprint across cooperative banks and credit societies. This entry-level role is ideal for ambitious MBA graduates who are eager to build a career in fintech and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard cooperative banks and credit societies for neobanking transformation.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, tech) to tailor offerings for clients.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, demos, and fintech awareness drives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

  • MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong interest in fintech, financial inclusion, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to travel and engage with clients across regions.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of cooperative banking structures and challenges.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in regional languages is a plus.
