Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate sales of IMCO products and Sugar Rollers in the assigned region as per targets, with strong focus on Sugar Industry applications.
- Identify new business opportunities, explore newer application segments, and contribute to market development.
- Conduct regular customer visits to enhance relationships and understand needs.
Order Execution & Customer Support:
- Ensure prompt delivery of sales orders in close coordination with the supply chain team.
- Follow up to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Provide basic technical support/services to customers wherever required.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence, update competitor data, and provide feedback on market trends, competition activities, and strategy implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
- Ensure prompt submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities.
Promotional Activities:
- Conduct sales promotional activities, product awareness sessions, and customer events in coordination with Reporting Manager and Division Head.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, customer visits, and industry forums.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with inter-department teams (Production, Service, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales within Industrial Machinery; preference for candidates from Sugar Mill Equipment / Sugar Roller background.
- Strong technical understanding of sugar industry machinery and customer operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report drafting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
