We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about the luxury travel industry and eager to learn the mechanics of scaling a travel consultancy.

You will work directly with the leadership team to identify new market opportunities, engage with high-net-worth prospects, and help curate unforgettable international experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research potential high-spending clients and corporate partners through LinkedIn, social media, and local networking.
  • Sales Support: Assist in drafting customized luxury travel itineraries for destinations like Switzerland, France, and Mexico.
  • Client Engagement: Handle initial inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Market Research: Analyze travel trends, competitor offerings, and emerging luxury destinations to keep our portfolio ahead of the curve.
  • Partnership Coordination: Communicate with international vendors, hotels, and transport partners to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of client interactions and data to help refine our sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Passion for Travel: A deep interest in international geography, luxury hospitality, and cultural trends.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media for business (Instagram/LinkedIn) and basic knowledge of CRM tools or project management software.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive can-do attitude when faced with logistical challenges or client requests.
