Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Intern (On-Ground | Waste-Tech | Bengaluru)
We design and manufacture decentralized waste-processing machines for hotels, apartments, institutions, and industries.
This role is about revenue, execution, and market learning.
Role
Engage with apartments, institutions, industries and hotels
Lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and closures
Understand pricing, procurement cycles, and GeM basics
Daily CRM updates; weekly revenue review with founder
Revenue Targets
Build a ₹30–50 lakh sales pipeline in 60–90 days
Close ₹5–10 lakh in confirmed orders
Incentives paid strictly on collections
What you get
Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month
Incentive: 1% on collected revenue (uncapped)
Direct exposure to founder-led sales and decision making
Conversion to full-time Business Development role based on performance
Ideal candidate
MBA students (Sales / Marketing / Operations)
Final-year students planning MBA or business careers
Strong communication, comfortable with calls and meetings
Willing to work on-ground in Bengaluru
Interest in B2B, industrial products, and sustainability
