Role Overview

We are hiring ambitious and high-performing Sales & Business Development Executives with proven experience in selling Technology Services, Digital Solutions, SaaS, or Product Engineering Services (NOT staffing). This role offers direct exposure to the US market, leadership interaction, advanced technology portfolios, and a future pathway for relocation to the USA.

Note:Candidates with valid B1 Visa will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business across Digital, Cloud, Data, SaaS, and IT Services.

Build and manage relationships with US-based clients, CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers.

Develop, manage, and scale a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Partner with internal Solutions, Technology, Proposal, and Delivery teams for high-quality submissions and deal closures.

Understand emerging technology trends and map them to customer requirements.

Represent People Tech in client discussions, demos, and industry interactions.

Requirements

Mandatory: Proven experience selling IT Services / Technology Solutions / SaaS / Digital Engineering / Product Engineering.

Mandatory: Candidate must hold a valid B1 Visa with the ability to travel to the USA as required.

Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Understanding of modern technologies: Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Applications, Digital Transformation.

Experience working with or selling into the US market is a major advantage.

Highly ambitious, self-driven, target-oriented, and open to future relocation to the USA.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional coordination.
