We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head for our sheet metal and fabrication division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth in the sheet metal and fabrication sector.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the sheet metal or fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications in the metal fabrication sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
