Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats — equal parts creative, analytical, and organized. You will play a key support role across both sales and marketing functions, helping keep our outbound engine running, our CRM clean, and our marketing materials sharp.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Design
- Design marketing creatives, catalogues, and brochures using Canva
- Support digital marketing efforts with social media graphics, email banners, and campaign assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist with minor website content updates as needed
Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn and various lead generation platforms
- Support outbound prospecting efforts through research, list building, and data enrichment
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate, up-to-date contact and account information
- Conduct market and account research to support the sales team's outbound activities
Operations & Administration
- Perform regular health checks on outbound tools (sequencing platforms, dialers, enrichment tools
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards for sales and marketing data
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects across the team
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data manipulation)
- Proficiency in Canva — comfortable creating polished, on-brand marketing materials from scratch or templates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive — able to work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with prospecting and lead generation tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Exposure to outbound sales tools (sequencers and email automation)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing — social media, email campaigns, or paid ads
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) for minor updates
