Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Data Analyst (ERP, Reporting & Analytics) with experience and experience in ERP systems (ideally Netsuite), and reporting. 

The focus is on ERP reporting, data maintenance, and business support (no programming or advanced BI required)

This role will be responsible for creating and managing sales and financial reports and analytics, handling ERP support cases, updating and maintaining data within the ERP system, monitoring data in the CRM, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is able to work independently, enjoys working with reporting, data creation and maintenance, ensures data accuracy across systems, collaborates with multiple departments, and translates business requirements into effective ERP reports.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & System Administration

• Maintain and update sales and financial data in NetSuite ERP, including personnel, budgets, and related records

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

• Validate custom records such as budgets and bonus plans to align with financial and sales reporting

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite

• Analyze sales and operational data using Excel and visualization tools

• Identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Provide timely and accurate insights to support management decisions

Budgeting & Financial Coordination

• Manage and implement budget changes within NetSuite

• Coordinate approvals across Accounting, HR, Sales, and Management

• Ensure alignment between financial data and reporting structures

System Optimization & Governance

• Maintain and optimize reporting structures in NetSuite

• Govern and clean up obsolete reports, dashboards, and saved searches

• Ensure best practices in system usage and reporting standards

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support

• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and coordinate with internal teams and external support

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

Operational Monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate lead management and event tracking systems

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper usage

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite

• Experience working with Sales and Finance stakeholders in a cross-functional environment

• Experience in an international business environment is a plus

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and saved searches in ERP systems

• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a nice to have but not the main focus 

• Strong understanding of financial data, budgeting processes, and sales performance metrics

• Ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple systems

Analytical & Business Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets

• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and system improvements

• Understanding of lead management and performance tracking systems is a plus

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments (Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Management)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
