Now, we&aposre expanding our outreach and looking for a part-time sales agent to join us for an initial trial week, with the potential for a long-term collaboration.
About This Role This is a short-term freelance trial to evaluate your skills in converting cold leads into paying customers. If you successfully meet the goal of 3 new customer conversions within the trial week, wed love to explore a long-term or full-time partnership with you.
What Youll Do Cold call small businesses (primarily from Google Business Profiles that dont yet have websites)
Offer and explain our affordable web design services
Handle objections, and follow up via WhatsApp, phone, or email as needed
Keep a log of outreach and conversions using Google Sheets
Collaborate with our team to improve messaging and sales strategy
Tools & Support A calling software account will be provided by us
As this is our first time hiring a sales agent, we may not yet have a refined sales script. In this case, well be relying on your own sales experience and communication style to guide conversations naturally and effectively
Working Hours 4hr per day, Monday to Friday
A maximum of 20 hours for the trial week
Working hours are flexible, but ideally aligned with Canadian or Indian daytime hours for best outreach results
While we truly value your effort and time, please understand that this trial is built around a fixed weekly cap. Were currently not in a position to compensate for hours beyond the 15-hour allocation. The goal of 3 client conversions is expected to be achieved within this timeframe.
Compensation $6/hour, up to Max $150 total(which includes Bonus on top of the base hourly pay - bonus pay depends on the excellent work done) for the trial week

What Were Looking For Excellent spoken English and confidence in cold outreach
Prior cold calling, B2B sales, or telesales experience preferred
Persuasive, motivated communicator with a results-driven mindset
Quiet working environment, reliable internet, and phone access
Someone who is serious about meeting the sales goal and ready to contribute proactively
