Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Advocate. The Sales Advocate will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in the sales process, conducting product presentations, meeting sales targets, and providing training to new team members or customers as required. The role also involves contributing to the development of sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and achieving targets
- Experience in Training others and Sales Management to enhance team performance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-focused role is a plus
