Key Responsibilities
Student Success & Support
- Act as a trusted guide for students by responding to their questions via chat, email, and calls across US and India hours.
- Ensure every interaction leaves students feeling supported, valued, and confident in their journey.
- Build long-term relationships rather than transactional conversations.
Service-Led Lead Conversion
- Connect with potential students with a consultative and service mindset rather than a pushy sales approach.
- Understand student goals deeply and recommend the right programs aligned with their needs.
- Convert leads through trust, care, and value-driven conversations.
- Create excitement and confidence in students about joining the program.
Student Engagement & Retention
- Proactively follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and progress.
- Identify concerns early and resolve them before they become issues.
- Focus on long-term student success, not just initial conversion.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to share student feedback and improve experience.
- Partner with teacher operations to ensure timely reports, learning plans, and communication.
- Act as a bridge between students, teachers, and internal teams.
Real-Time Ownership
- Provide quick support during live sessions when required.
- Take ownership of problems and drive them to resolution instead of passing them along.
- Be someone the team can rely on during critical moments.
