Role Overview
We are looking forSales Engineers / Sales Advisorswho can effectively sellcloud telephony and VoIP solutionsto businesses. The ideal candidate will have bothtechnical understandingof telephony/cloud-based communication systems andstrong sales acumento identify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients for TTC's cloud telephony and VoIP products.
- Conductproduct demosandtechnical presentationsto showcase features and business benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telephony or SaaS-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain an active pipeline in CRM.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies in cloud communication.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E.(preferred in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT).
- Alternatively, candidates withminimum 3 years of experienceincloud telephony, VoIP, SaaS, or IT solution salesmay apply.
- Strong understanding ofSIP, VoIP, DID, IVR, PBX, or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience in B2B / enterprise sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
