Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Provide accurate product information, including features, offers, and policies
Answer customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability
Encourage product trials and assist customers in making purchase decisions
Ensure visual merchandising is maintained as per brand guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
Handle billing, inventory, and other store transactions
Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively and escalate when required
Guide and support junior or new team members
Ensure safety of customers, colleagues, store assets, and inventory
Support day-to-day store operations as required
Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in retail sales (preferred experience in sportswear, sports, or footwear brands)
Strong understanding of retail sales processes and KPIs
Good customer interaction and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory stocking and control procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
