Job Description

The Sales Admin Executive will support the pharmaceutical sales team by managing sales administration functions, coordinating with field staff, maintaining records, and generating reports. The role ensures smooth communication between sales, production, QC, and customers while maintaining accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Handle sales MIS, daily reports, CRM updates, and online reporting systems.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with field staff across small, medium, and large pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain field expenses, DCR, sales records, and follow up post-order processes with customers.
  • Documentation: Prepare various letters, review purchase orders, prepare work orders, and manage order acceptance.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between QC, production engineers, stores, and customers for smooth dispatch and service.
  • Excel & Reporting: Maintain and analyze data using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Lead & Enquiry Management: Track leads/enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
