Overview

This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the sales customer team. The Associate analyst will functionally lead the support towards National & Regional customer teams to achieve accurate and timely set up and maintenance of pricing in DEAL Systems. In addition, they will be responsible for Hierarchy maintenance, Dispute research and resolution, Monitoring & Reporting and Post audit analysis. In addition, the Associate Analyst continuously identifies opportunities and implements processes to improve quality and timeliness of team output.


Responsibilities

  • Manage respective stakeholder relationships and governance
  • Execution of key capability areas: Pricing Set up & maintenance, Hierarchy maintenance, Dispute research and resolution, Monitoring and Reporting, and more
  • Collaborate cross functionality and bring in efficiencies by leveraging multiple skillsets in the organization
  • Ensure relationship and connect with business by integrating front and back-end services and share team performance
  • Be proactive in identifying the root cause of the issue and work towards eliminating them internally
  • Quick Thinking to provide creative solutions that address stakeholders needs and concerns
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of deliverables through verbal and written interactions
  • Manage account health and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on daily operations Meet the required SLA and OLAs
  • Ensuring accuracy of DEAL pricing planning models and communicating changes to internal team

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management
  • Bachelors in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master's degree is a plus
  • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and translatedelivery performance, identify opportunity & risks, and adjustdevelop and implement detailed accurate forecasts for demand/supply team
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
  • Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
  • Support Systems Literacy: Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word, ERT, Business Objects & SAP/ERP, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems
  • Communication Skills: Communication across all formats (meetings, presentation, conference, planning session,weekly calls, direct communication with field,etc.)
  • Strong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency and superior customer service
  • Independent & motivated individual ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
  • Develops strong relationships/partnership for overall success of the team & customer
