Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager with strong project handling, client coordination, and technical documentation skills within the Residential and Commercial building sector. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Mumbai and should be capable of managing sites, teams, and client requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential & commercial building projects end-to-end.
  • Interpret AutoCAD drawings; handle measurements and BOQ.
  • Oversee project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and provide updates.
  • Supervise technicians, supervisors, and site workers.
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure project timelines.
  • Support the sales team with proposals, order processing, and CRM documentation.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist with promotional activities.
  • Ensure cost awareness and adhere to project budgets.
  • Travel within Mumbai and occasionally to other cities at short notice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 56 years of experience in civil project execution, specifically in residential and commercial building projects.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sites independently.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and team-management capability.
  • Zoho CRM tool familiarity is preferred.
