Our client is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager in India.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction and expansion of business
- Identify and converge new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen IRP brand as a market leader in the European EV industry
- Master the company's product portfolio, roadmap and technology. Optimize commercialization process and TTM
- Waterfall market needs to execution teams and ensure competitiveness at all stages.
Requirements:
- Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics- must have
- Engineering background- must have
- 5+ years of experience in sales/account management.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
- Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry.
- Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in India, with a focus on motor controllers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
- Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages as applicable.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
