Locations: Rohini, Dwarka, South Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida

Role Description – School Account Manager (SAM)

As a School Account Manager (SAM), you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with schools and educational institutions across Delhi NCR. The role involves regular field visits, identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations, and driving partnerships with school stakeholders. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and account management. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be comfortable working in a field-sales environment. Success in this role will be measured by business growth, client satisfaction, and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations with school decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ensure excellent client servicing, onboarding, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, Real Estate, or B2B/B2C field sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across Delhi NCR.
  • Own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days notice preferred.
