Job Description

Manager / Sr. Manager – Sales (Farming / Account Management)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 – 15 Years in B2B Sales (Banking / NBFC / Credit Bureau domain preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a strong Account Manager (Farming role) with expertise in managing and growing enterprise accounts. The candidate should have prior experience selling APIs and data solutions to Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs, and must be able to drive account penetration, revenue growth, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs).
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within allocated accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients by understanding business needs and proposing relevant API and data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, integration, and delivery in coordination with internal teams.
  • Drive account planning, quarterly reviews, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Monitor client usage, revenue, and proactively address any gaps.
  • Achieve renewal and growth targets from existing accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 10–15 years in Enterprise Account Management in BFSI / Credit Bureau / FinTech domain.
  • Proven track record of upselling & growing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Bureau APIs and data solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills.
  • Strong analytical and consultative selling abilities.
  • Candidates on notice period / immediate joiners preferred.
