Job Description

A Sales Account Manager builds and manages long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as the main contact to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals, and find opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, bridging the gap between the customer's needs and the company's offerings to foster growth and loyalty. They focus on nurturing existing accounts, unlike traditional sales reps who focus on new prospects, ensuring clients receive value, resolve issues, and strategically expand business within those accounts. Experience in selling services to Microsoft is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our services to customers.

Customer Engagement:

  • Manage customer relationships post-deal closure, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present comprehensive company information and capabilities.

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Location - Hyderabad

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales Account Management, specifically in IT services and solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Modern Digital Engineering, AI, Generative AI, and other trending technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
