Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line installations within the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new accounts and increase market share across all three lines of business.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to grow revenue from existing clients.
  • Maintain a robust and mature sales funnel for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
  • Track and report competition strategies to support market intelligence efforts.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end relationships.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize business profitability.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of Airtel solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Strengthen client relationships to support long-term engagement and repeat business.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to influence product and sales strategy.
