The Sales Executive / Trainee will support the sales team in promoting and selling smart factory and automation solutions to manufacturing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on exposure to industrial automation, IoT platforms, robotics, and digital manufacturing solutions, while learning consultative B2B sales.
The role involves learning client engagement, understanding manufacturing challenges, assisting in solution presentations, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Internships or academic projects related to automation, IoT, robotics, manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 will be an advantage.
Strong interest in technology, automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple business terms
Willingness to learn B2B sales, customer handling, and solution selling
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools (training will be provided)
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow
