Requirements – Account Executive (Mid / Senior Level)
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or tech products
- Strong track record of working with US-based clients and enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure
- Experience closing high-value enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles
- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers (VPs, Directors, C-level executives)
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and procurement cycles
- Strong outbound sales experience including account mapping and strategic prospecting
- Ability to build and manage a strong pipeline with predictable revenue forecasting
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
- Ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Data-driven mindset with focus on targets, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving ability to tailor solutions to enterprise customer needs
