About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Sales & GTM team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom lead qualification to closing dealswhile building strong relationships with customers. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations to closing deals.
  • Manage and expand a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Understand client pain points and effectively position the company's solutions to deliver business value.
  • Work closely with marketing on campaign follow-ups and customer success to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and account expansion potential.
  • Partner with the GTM and product teams to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 46 years of proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with a consistent record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales, and GTM processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sales performance.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
