- Seamless closure of SMB deals.
- Mastery of Recruiter, flow's positioning and sales approach.
- Regularly conducting up to 5 product demos per day.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully closing mid-market and SMB accounts.
- Proficient presentation and interpersonal skills, particularly in calls and virtual demos.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
