Responsibilities

Expected Results Within 60 Days

  • Enhanced understanding of the industry, competitors, and our market positioning.
  • Seamless closure of SMB deals.
  • Mastery of Recruiter, flow's positioning and sales approach.
  • Regularly conducting up to 5 product demos per day.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid-market and SMB accounts.
  • Proficient presentation and interpersonal skills, particularly in calls and virtual demos.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
