Due to our expansion in India, we are currently looking to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating a Sales Account based in Mumbai.
Your Role
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in the Indian market
- Managing customer relationships through proactive and effective communication
- Negotiating and closing sales orders
- Preparing quotations and commercial offers
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide tailored solutions
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
- Handling product and service inquiries efficiently
- Preparing activity and sales reports
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Coordinating with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, finance, etc.)
Your Skills
- 2–3 years of recent experience in a commercial/sales role
- Experience in the chemical industry, flavors & fragrances, or related sectors will be highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
