Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong network in the HoReCa sector and architect/designer community. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling premium furniture or design-led products, developing project-based sales, and building long-term relationships with hospitality brands, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Resorts, Clubs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and hospitality consultants.
  • Identify and convert project opportunities for outdoor furniture in hospitality and commercial spaces.
  • Generate new leads through industry networking, site visits, and industry events.
  • Conduct product presentations and design consultations with architects and project teams.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, customization, and project execution.
  • Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on hospitality design trends and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in sales of premium furniture, outdoor furniture, hospitality furniture, or design products.
  • Strong existing network with HoReCa clients and architects/interior designers.
  • Proven track record of project sales and B2B relationship management.
  • Ability to engage with decision makers such as hotel owners, purchase managers, and architects.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with hospitality furniture brands, premium lifestyle brands, or architectural product companies.
  • Exposure to hotel chains, resort projects, caf chains, and commercial outdoor spaces.
