Key Responsibilities

  • Passionate aboutextensive field work, includingface-to-face meetingsandbuilding/maintaining strong relationshipswith potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunitieswithin assigned territories
  • Present, promote, and sell medical equipment and devicesto prospective customers
  • Explainproduct features and clinical benefitsclearly to healthcare professionals
  • Conductproduct demonstrations and training sessionsfor doctors and hospital staff
  • Stay updated onindustry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Attendindustry events, meetings, and conferencesand follow up on leads generated
  • Meet and exceed sales targetswhile contributing to long-term account growth
  • Coordinate closely with thebackendteams to esurePreparingcommercial proposalsbased on client discussions and follow up for approvals and clarifications
  • Ensuretimely payment collectionsand keepdivisional outstanding at minimal levelsthrough regular follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / B.E / B.TechinBiomedical Engineering, ECE, orB.Sc.(relevant discipline)
  • 1 to 5 years of experienceinhardcore salesofmedical equipment, devices, or medical consumables
  • Provensales, negotiation, and business development skillswith the ability to close deals
  • Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity withprocurement proceduresin bothGovernment and Private hospitals
  • Willingness totravel extensively, as the role involves significant field work
  • Prior experience inmedical equipment/devices/consumables salesishighly preferred
