Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a professional in the Salary Management domain. The role involves managing, preparing, and processing payroll systems, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and addressing employee queries related to payroll and benefits. The individual will also collaborate across teams to maintain transparency and manage records for financial forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll management systems and salary processing
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and report generation
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing employee queries
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in payroll or HR-related roles is a plus
