Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing business processes in the IAM domain and how underlying technologies support these processes
• Perform detailed analysis on large, complex data sets and represent findings using graphs, pivot tables, and other visualization tools
• Prepare detailed Requirement Documents, indicating clear functional and non-functional requirements and priorities
• Create process maps (As Is & To Be) and document IAM business processes
• Develop use case documentation and training materials for IAM/IIQ systems
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to define high-level and detailed business/functional requirements
• Facilitate discussions across all levels and functional areas of the organization
• Prepare gap and impact analysis documentation
• Provide guidance to development teams regarding functional requirements and ensure delivered functionality meets business objectives
• Coordinate with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Act as a liaison between the customer and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
• Collect requirements related to user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
• Understand and implement access governance features of IAM tools, including access recertification, approval workflows, role management, and segregation of duties (SOD) policies
• Understand audit and compliance reporting requirements and ensure solutions support these needs
• Provide effective communication and training to business stakeholders
