Sailpoint ISC freelance trainer

This is a full-time remote role for a SailPoint ISC freelance trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialized training sessions and workshops on SailPoint Identity Security solutions to individuals and groups. You will design and update training materials, provide hands-on guidance to participants, and ensure that trainees understand key concepts effectively. Additionally, you will assess trainee progress, offer constructive feedback, and stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide the latest knowledge.

• Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security concepts, including IdentityIQ and IdentityNow
• Strong skills in documentation development and the ability to design and revise training materials
• Experience delivering training sessions in a virtual environment, demonstrating effective communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, processes, and best practices
• Experience with hands-on lab modules and practical demonstrations
• Familiarity with related IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, or One Identity is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively
• Previous teaching or training experience is strongly preferred
